Facilitating wellbeing in neurodivergent and disabled Adults through creativity and inclusive services
what we do
creative wellbeing workshops
In a world that can be overwhelming and confusing at the best of times, photography and creativity have the power to help us understand it just that little bit more. We are creatives with lived experience of neurodivergence and disability, and our aim is to share the wonderful benefits that the creative arts have to offer with others who experience the world similarly, and support a community of hobbyists and professionals alike.

Training and Education
It is estimated that up to half of those working in the creative industries are neurodivergent, yet many ND people feel like support and understanding from employers and their peers needs improvement. We are dedicated to addressing this through training and education focused on how various industries within the creative sector can better support and nurture the incredible ND talent they work with.

Who
we are
Hi! I’m Jess, founder of Neurodivergent Lens. I was diagnosed with autism in 2019 and adhd in 2023, and as a freelance photographer and creative facilitator, my dream is to create a space for other Neurodivergent and disabled individuals that supports wellbeing, and to build a community of likeminded people looking to find acceptance and authenticity through creativity.
